I have always wanted one of these choppers but never got one. Now that I have one I absolutely love it. I bake alot of breads and am constantly in dough. It cuts through so much nicer than a knife with one stroke, not sawing back and forth which isn't good for dough. I love everything about it and have no bad comments to make. Love how it scoops too.
